· What are the greatest strengths of this department and company?

· How experienced are they?
· What do you expect me to accomplish in the first 6 months?
· What level of performance do you expect from me?
· How will performance be evaluated?
· What are the advancement/promotion opportunities in this position?

Appropriate Interview Questions Regarding Age:
Are you over 18 years of age?
Can you meet the minimum age requirements as set by law?

Appropriate Interview Questions Regarding Ethnic Origin, Citizenship, & Religious Beliefs:
Can you, if offered a job, submit verification of your legal right to work in the United States?
What languages can you speak or write?
Statement by employer of regular, days, hours, or shifts to be worked.

Appropriate Interview Questions Regarding Your Personal Life:

What is the address of your residence?

What are you currently earning?
What is your name?
Have you ever worked under a different name?
Would you be willing to relocate?
Would you be willing to travel as needed for the job?
